We believe food and beverage is an integral part of the conference center experience
Start your day off with a continental breakfast that includes a variety of breakfast pastries baked fresh daily such as croissants, cinnamon rolls, muffins, bagels, fresh breads and a toaster station. A selection of fresh fruit, oatmeal, cereals, yogurt and breakfast bars are also served to compliment the morning meal. For your enjoyment there are fresh brewed Starbucks coffees, assorted herbal and caffeine teas, hot chocolate, chilled juices and sodas.
Enjoy the sunny atmosphere of the Evergreen Dining Room while relaxing with a delicious lunch. The menu, a hot buffet lunch, is prepared daily by our Executive Chef, Jeff Smith. Selections include house made soup, hot entrée, vegetables, salad bar, a vegetarian entrée and delectable desserts. Experience entrees such as Pan Seared Mahi with Grilled Pineapple Salsa, Chicken Piccata, Beef Brisket with Onion Demi-Glaze, Smoked Cheese and Sun Dried Tomato Ravioli, and Breaded Eggplant Parmesan. Assorted Specialty cakes and gourmet pies top off your meal.
Morning and afternoon breaks include unlimited beverages and a variety of sweet, salty and healthy snacks designed to please any palate.

Executive Chef Jeff Smith’s Credentials

Jeff has been in the Food Service Industry for 19 years, 10 of those being with Sodexo.
He is a Culinary Foundations trainer through The Culinary Institute of America.
Jeff trained under Master Chef Mike Russell for 5 years, which helped him secure jobs at Disney World Polynesian Resort and Rainforest Café.
Jeff competed in the Gleaners Food Competition and placed 2nd in 2000 and he placed 1st in 2001 and was interviewed by Fox 2 News.
He was also featured on the front page of the Taste Section in the Oakland County Observer and Eccentric in December 2002.
