To pay by credit card please click here to download an Authorization form, then fax the completed from to 248-203-3680, or scan the form and save as a PDF file to attach to an e-mail to gboudreau@trainhere.com , or mail to 31301 Evergreen Road, Beverly Hills MI 48025.

To protect our customers' information we do not store credit card numbers in our computer systems and the Authorization forms are shredded after each charge is applied to a credit card. We recommend that you do not e-mail the authorization form as a word document attachment.
