Events of more than 40 people are usually held in the Hawthorn, Tamarack, Sycamore and Willow rooms that are located at the south end of the Center.

The most direct access for deliveries and pick up of conference materials to these rooms is through the access doors off the patio for the Evergreen dining room which is at the center of our building. The driveway runs from the patio to Evergreen Road.

Watch for the driveway on the west side of Evergreen just  ½ block north of 13 Mile Road. The driveway is designed for cars, light trucks and vans.  Simply drive up or back up the driveway and alert the dining room staff that you are making a delivery.

Carts, both 2 and 4 wheel style, are available for your use. Please alert a staff member and we will be happy to get you a cart from storage. When you have dropped off or picked up your materials please move your vehicle to the front parking lot.

Semi-trailer trucks without a lift gate will use the loading dock located at the west end of Groves High School. The dock area is accessed from 13 mile, or by driving west from Evergreen through the parking lot on the north side of the school. Drivers must call 248-203-3671 or 248-203-3608 to have a staff member meet you to accept the delivery.
